As we are not intermediaries, we do not know if a property is sold or rented. The advertiser is the one responsible for cancelling the listing on out platform. However in order to make sure the advertiser do not forget the listings, all listings do have expiring date which means the seller must periodically renew them, if not renew the listings are removed from the platform.
To make sure we provide you with the best possible service, we welcome you to inform us of a property that has already been sold or rented by using our contact us form
Unfortunately no. We are only a listing portal for connecting home seekers and sellers, we do not have any support for such a service same also we do not promote or list our own property ads on the platform.

If you have or ever spotted any listings on our platform that looks or is suspicious which could be a scam or a fraud, DO NOT CONTACT THE ADVERTISER. We HIGHLY recommend you to contact us immediately using our contact us form. Please do not forget to include the property number and link to the property. We take scam and fraud very seriously, with your help we can combat this.
- To provide our users the best experience, inappropriate, discriminations, offensive contents are not allow on our platform and ByLocations do not encourage such activities. Please note that, if you find yourself in such situation or found anything offensive we highly recommend you to contact us soon as possible. We take this very seriously and we reserve the right to unilaterally block, remove access of any user or advertiser who has carried out this sort of behaviour at our discretion and without prior notice.

- Once the search is complete, click on Save search using the save button
- Enter your email and password if you already have created an account or simply create an account as a user
- One you have saved your search, this will allow you for future visit without the need of starting your search all over.
- This also allow us to recommend and alert you with new properties that are published on the platform.

If wish for more information about a property that are published on ByLocations, you should contact the owner or the advertiser for more information request. If a property is no longer available or been removed the advertiser unfortunately we won’t be able to provide you any information.
